Please try the Below given steps if the customer is not able to open CD/DVD drive, Error ” Application not found ”
1. Open registry editor, Click Start -> Run ->regedit
2. Take a backup of registry editor, Click on File menu -> Export -> save a copy of the registry to the desktop.
3. Navigate to the following location : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
4. Delete the following key completely “MountPoint2“.
5. Exit Registry editor.
6. Logoff or restart the computer to take effect.
